Delivery Information

Please note, we will be using the best delivery options available at this time, however, orders may take a longer to arrive due to demands on the Post Office and other courier services.

 

We aim to deliver fine art prints within 5 working days of cleared payment for UK orders. Please allow extra time for orders to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands.

 

We currently do not provide international shipping but will review this periodically. If you are based outside the UK and would like to purchase a print, please get in touch and we can discuss this further.

 

We use Royal Mail for the majority of prints but may use courier services if we have larger parcels or a large number of prints.

 

We offer a flat rate of £4.95 for deliveries within the UK.

 

All prints will come in protective, hard back envelopes and we will make every effort to ensure they are properly packaged. If your item has been damaged in the post, please email us including photographs and we will endeavour to make new arrangements. 

Returns Policy

While we hope you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are able to help if you change your mind.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your purchase to notify us of your wish to return an item. To be eligible for a full refund, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition you received it and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

On receipt of the returned purchase, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item and on the status of your refund. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund through the same channel you made your purchase - either via Wix Payment onto the same payment card or through PayPal. You should receive your refund within 14 days of our confirmation email. 

Please note, you will be responsible for paying the delivery cost for returning the item, and we will not be liable  if an item is damaged during the returns process. This may effect your ability to receive a full refund, so we would recommend using a tracked postal service that offers compensation in the event of damage.

The original delivery cost of £4.95 is non-refundable. If you return an item, this will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

Please let us know promptly (within 4 hours) if you wish to cancel your order. Orders are made to print, so it is very difficult to cancel after this time. After this period, you will be required to follow the returns procedure as above. If you have made an error in your order and wish to amend it, rather than cancel it entirely, please get in touch and we will make arrangements to do so. 

Exceptions

Bespoke items and individual commissions that have been made to your requirements such as house portraits, pet portraits or personalised prints are not required by consumer law to be refundable, except in the event of fault or damage prior to receipt. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product, including alterations if possible. Digital downloads are also not required by consumer law to be refundable or eligible for cancellation. If you purchase a high resolution download, we will not be able to issue you with a refund or an exchange.
