The Examination Schools
Signed, limited edition fine art print of the Examination Schools, Oxford. Printed from a pen and ink drawing onto Marrutt archival paper.
The Examination Schools was designed by Thomas Graham Jackson and completed by 1882. During the First World War, the building was requisitioned by the War Office as a military hospital, and you can still find remnants of its past in the basement rooms. Today, as its name suggests, it is the location for most public examinations, alongside other large events like the annual Freshers' Fair.
This is an unframed print from a run of 150. Available in two sizes: A3 (297x420mm) and A4 (210x297mm).
