We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are between the age of 13 to 18, you warrant and represent that you have already obtained consent from a parent or guardian to use the Platform and to the Privacy Policy.


How do you collect information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal identification information to third parties.

Our website is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 


If you sign up to the newsletter, your contact details will be stored with MailChimp, which we use to send all promotional emails. MailChimp is based in the United States and is Privacy Shield certified, see their privacy policy here.

All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


Retention of Personal Data 

We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the original or directly related purpose for which it was collected, unless we are required to retain the personal data to satisfy any applicable legal or contractual obligations and erasure of personal data from our records will be done in accordance with specified timelines and procedures having regard to the applicable requirements.


How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email or postal mail.
